We are so excited to host our vow renewal festivities at the beautiful Hotel Xcaret Arte in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We have planned a celebration of events at this amazing adults-only all-inclusive resort, including our Vow Renewal ceremony and reception on Sunday, April 16, 2023.
We recognize that a destination celebration is a huge commitment and everyone's circumstances are unique. If you are unable to attend, we completely understand, and kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible. Either way, we are so grateful that you are a part of our lives, and we hope to see you soon.
If you plan on attending, you're in for a dream vacation! Dust off (or renew) your passports, request a few vacation days, and prepare to have a wonderful time in paradise! WHEN YOU SUBMIT A RESERVATION REQUEST, THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR INVOICE BEING SENT TO YOU, OTHERWISE THE RESERVATION WILL AUTO-CANCEL IN OUR SYSTEM. PLEASE NOTE, THE FIRST DEPOSIT IS $300 PER ROOM BUT IF YOU ADD TRAVEL INSURANCE OR FLIGHTS, THAT AMOUNT WILL INCREASE.
- THE DEADLINE TO MAKE A RESERVATION AND PLACE YOUR DEPOSIT IS march 31, 2022.
- the second deposit equivalent to a 1-night stay is due by september 15, 2022.
- the third deposit equivalent to a 2-night stay is due by december 1, 2022.
- any remaining balances are due on february 1, 2023.
